Great figures in Pocket Dragon History condenses the entire 18 years of The Whimsical World of Pocket Dragons into three volumes. Each volume contains a unique element while re-visiting some of the most influential creations in the endearing collection of several hundred figures. Special note on Volume 2: Defender of the Universe is a very special piece! The limited edition in the middle ages has been produced using the colour scheme that Real originally specified and that he liked the best. Muff and the colouration team all preferred the colour combination you are familiar with so he was outvoted and gave in graciously. This worldwide limited edition of 2000 set, released in 2006, contains 6 miniature pocket dragons. This set is 1960 of 2000 and comes with numbered certificate of authenticity. All 6 miniatures are in perfect condition with their base labels and presentation box. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SOME FAINT SCRATCHES TO THE BACK OF THE PRESENTATION BOX AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO. We have a collection ( or horde! ) of Pocket Dragons for rehoming and will post any number together for no extra postage cost. Pocket Dragons were created and designed by Real Musgrave, and the figurines were manufactured by Collectible World Studios. Unlike many artists behind collectible lines, Musgrave not only created the flat artwork for them, but also sculpted them. Both Real and his wife, Muff, enjoyed nearly complete creative control over the line. Real and Muff Musgrave retired in 2005, along with the Pocket Dragon figurine collection.
