I'm Cranky Pocket Dragon - Boxed - Whimsical World Of Pocket Dragons - Hand Made in 1999

Some mornings are not nice. This disgruntled little dragon gives fair warning as he wrinkles up his nose and announces "I'm cranky!" The story behind (By Real Musgrave): 'I often sit with Tucker (his ginger cat) when he eats. He has a habit of wrinkling up his nose when he grabs a bite of food and chews. This makes me laugh every time. I wanted to use this somehow, but hadn't decided just how. When a collector suggested doing a piece called 'I'm Cranky' I loved the idea and it gave me a chance to incorporate Tucker's wrinkly nose into a Pocket Dragon. Of course, to get the feeling of crankiness I had to alter the expression on the face - but more importantly I had to use body language to express just how unhappy this disgruntled little dragon was' Real Musgrave 'I'm Cranky' Pocket Dragon By Real Musgrave - Introduced in June 1999. I'm Cranky is in Perfect condition with box and base label. Approx height: 5.5 cm length: 4.5cm width : 4 cm I clean all of my dragons with a mild detergent and brush. I have a collection of these for sale and will post any number of these together for no extra postage cost. Pocket Dragons were created and designed by Real Musgrave, and the figurines were manufactured by Collectible World Studios. Unlike many artists behind collectible lines, Musgrave not only created the flat artwork for them, but also sculpted them. Both Real and his wife, Muff, enjoyed nearly complete creative control over the line. Real and Muff Musgrave retired in 2005, along with the Pocket Dragon figurine collection.
